Mutiny within the Russian navy according to the Dutch newspaper Tilburgsche Courant daily edition dated 18 September 1912

Berlin, 17 September. According to a tiding send from St. Petersburg to the newspaper Lokal Anzeiger were at Sebastopol again 16 sailors of a cruiser of the Russian Black Sea Fleet because of mutiny taken prisoner.
