Paris, 17 December. Tidings from Spain reported that the in Galicia collected troops for the main part were
embarked and departed towards Havana
and from there to Vera Cruz to reinforce the garrison of the castle over there.
Two at Ferrol built frigates were ordered to be fitted out probably destined
for the South Sea.
