An item dated Den Helder the 7th reported that the Dutch bark ship Maria en Pauline captain Thiel Berghuis was towed ion the 4th 22,00 o’clock by the steamboat Texel from Vlieerede into the harbour. She was leaking and was damaged, what caused this was not reported. Her last harbour had been Newcastle.
