Dutch East Indiaman Huis ter Duine bound for the Dutch East Indies in 1743

She left on 25 April 1743 Rammekens, province Zealand, Netherlands with as captain Pieter Adriaansz., visited Cape of Good Hope, South Africa between 6 August-5 September and arrived on 12 November at Batavia, Dutch East Indies. Her crew numbered 123 (arrival)-143 (departure) sailors and further more 65 (arrival)-73 (departure) soldiers. Of the E.I.C.-chamber Zealand, on stocks by Hendrik Raas at E.I.C-yard at Middelburg, Netherlands 29 April 1739, launched on 12 May 1740, dimensions 130 x ? x ?
