Dutch screw steamship 4th class Deli in 1880 according to the Colonial Account [Dutch East Indies] over 1881

Composite-built. Launched in 1872. Armed with 3 guns. Draught 3,5 metres. Horsepower 80nhp. Tonnage 322 tons. Maximum speed during a watch of 4 hours 5-6 geographic miles while under steam. The crew consisted on 31 December 1880 of 68 (fixed 74) Europeans and 24 (fixed 24) natives and she was at that moment stationed at Celebes. She left on 12 May 1800 the stationed Northern Sumatra and was shortly afterwards replaced by the Padang. After she was docked and repaired at Singapore, departed she on 1 August via Riouw en north of Borneo to her new station Celebes. Arrived on 13 February 1874 in the Dutch East Indies.(1)

Fabriek van Stoom- en andere Werktuigen, Amsterdam, Netherlands in September 1872, launched on 10 April 1873, commissioned on 1 October, served also in the Dutch East Indies, decommissioned at Surabaya, Dutch East Indies and condemned on 30 September 1882, dimensions 43,00 (between perpendiculars)-45,00 (over all) x 8,40 x 3,60 metres, a displacement of 695 tons, 1 horizontal injection condensing engine delivering 80-90nhp/350 ehp, one screw, a crew numbering 80 men and an armament consisting of 1 rifled 16cm gun and 2-12cm guns.
