Japan founding fleet station at Shinkai, South Korea according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 4

An item reported that the efforts continued to establish at Shinkai at the Korean South coast near Masampo a fleet station. The bay offered a good shelter for several hundreds seagoing ships. In 1914 was the founding planned.
