New Russian naval program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1937 no. 4

An item referred to the Proceedings dated April 1937 reporting that according not confirmed rumours the Russian navy developed a new naval program including the building of 2-30.000 ton battleships with 38,1cm guns as main armament and 7 cruisers with 18,2cm guns as main armament.
