The British naval budget for 1914 according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra post dated 15 March 1913

An item reported that the British naval budget for 1914 estimated 46.309.300 pond sterling in stead of the 45.075.400 pond sterling for 1913. For the new building of 5 battleships, 8 light cruisers, 16 destroyers and a number of submarines was 2.052.400 pond sterling available.
