Russian squadron intended to visit Portland, England according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 11 September 1913

An item dated London, England 10th reported that on the 13th a Russian squadron consisting of 5 battleships and 4 cruisers was to visit Portland for a week. It was a contra visit for the British squadron which visited Russia in 1912.
