Greek navy had a large budget form improvements in 1907 available according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1908 No. 1

An item reported that in June [1907- a budget was improved for the Greek navy of 8,73 million drachmes. Further more was a National fund founded in 1900 for rebuilding the fleet available and from which 5,84 million drachmes for 1907 came available, resulting for 1907 totally 14,57 million for the navy.
