Dutch steamship Titan lying at Malta waiting for the British tug Blackcock according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 30 October 1899

An item dated Malta 27th reported that the Dutch steamship Tilan lying there with damage would be towed back by the British tug Blackcock. The latter departed on the 23rd from Cardiff, England.
