Dutch tug Simson temporarily responsible for pilotage off IJmuiden, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 3 September 1897

An item dated Ijmuiden, Netherlands 2nd reported that the pilot cutters returned in to the harbour while the Dutch tug Simson was now responsible for the pilot age; probably due to worse weather conditions.
