British naval budget 1906-1907 decreased according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 3 March 1906

An item dated Dogden 1st reported that the British naval budget for 1906-1907 was with 1.500.090 pond sterling decreased compared with the budget the year before and now on a level of 31.750.000 pond sterling. There was 250.000 pond sterling less available for new building as the budget before. Among the ships to be built between 1906-1906 were armoured ships, 2 submarines, 5 ocean-going torpedo boats and 12 vessels for coastal defence tasks.
