Dutch steam trawler Escallonia sold within the Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 1 August 1908

An item reported the sale on a public auction on 31 July 14.00/16.00 o’clock of the steam trawlers of the bankrupt company N.V. Stoomvisscherij Maatschappij Zeeland. The steam trawler Escallonia (IJM 105) was bought by the firm Klein en Dekken for ƒ 10.050. According to an advertisement in the edition dated 15 July fitted out with a 46hp triple expansion steam engine, 144,56 gross and 47,52 net tons and as dimensions 30,98 x 6,24 (maximum) metres and a draught of 13,2 feet. Iron built.
