Australian whaling barque Lady Blackwood visited Bay of Islands, New Zealand in 1836

A list reported the arrival at Bay of Islands on 6 September 1836 of the Australian whaling barque Lady Blackwood, master Abbot, tonnage 253 tons, homeport New South Wales, returning from the sperm oil fishery with a cargo of 1,200 barrels oil.
