French ship of the line le Suffren left Ancona with Italian refugees on board according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 4 May 1832

From Ancona was reported that 20 April the ship of the line le Suffren, some days anchored outside the harbour departed towards France and could all ready in the evening not longer be seen. On board were French troops and some of the Italian refugees, the latter with the intention to go in French service. Their departure was a joy for the calm citizens of Ancona.
