Russian naval movements according to the Dutch newspaper Duinkerksche Historische Courant dated 30 June 1792

St. Petersburg, 30 May. At Cronstad were orders given to fit out with all efforts a frigate and 3 transports to transport 200 guns (36 and 24 pdrs) destined for the ships expected from Archangelsk.
