Antigua&Barbuda-flagged, homeport St. John‘s (in the past Hamburg) IMO 7517052, MMSI 3043540000 and callsign V2EI. Ex-Balau renamed December 2001. Gross tonnage 260 tons, net tonnage 76 tons, summer deadweight 10 tons and as dimensions 27,21 (between perpendiculars)-31,02 (over all) x 9,63x 3,80 (maximum summer) and a depth of 4,45 metres. Bollard pull 39,9 tons. Launched on 18 October 1976 at the Dutch shipyard De Hoop Werf, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Netherlands with yard number 739 and handed over to Smit Internationa; (Antilles) BV at Willemstad, Curacao. Call sign PJWG. Transferred on 5 September 1987 to the Nieuwe Vlissingse Sleepdienst BV, Flushing, Netherlands, Dutch-flag, callsign PCYU. On 13 April 1988 transferred to the Smit Havensleepdiensten BV at Rotterdam, since 7 September a year later stationed at Europoort. In September 2001 transferred to Harms Bergung Transport&Heavylift GmbH&Co. KG at Hamburg, Germany and renamed Salus.
