Danish torpedo boats in German service according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd: godsdienstig-staatkundig dagblad morning edition dated 14 February 1941

A tiding from Berlin refuted earlier tidings that Germany required Danish torpedo boats but there was more or less a voluntary agreement according to which Danish torpedo boats were temporarily available for German service. The boats were used in the Baltic for military training purposes. Another Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland: staat- en letterkundig nieuwsblad morning edition dated 13 February 1941 confirmed this temporarily borrowing adding that the torpedo boats were of an old type.
