Naval operations of the Dutch East Company at Malacca according to the Generale Missive dated 10 January 1741

From this destination arrived at Batavia with a civilian vessel a letter dated 25 March 1739. The Lis left Malacca 12 February followed by the Zorgwijk 23 February. The pantjalang Jaffnapatnam arrived 8 March at Malacca. The yacht Gozewina brought 21 May 200 bags of cinnamon towards Malacca. The Parel was ordered to transport the so-called demand. The patrolling against the Saletse pirates was approved.
