Shipbuilding at Spanish shipyards at Bilbao according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland evening edition dated Friday 14 February 1941

According to tidings from Bilbao, Spain had the shipyards over there a lot of work. The large tanker Jose Calvo Sotelo of 16,000 gross tonnage was to be launched mid April. Last Friday was at the yard of Sestao the tanker Tifon launched. The same shipyard was rebuilding two ships namely the steamship Habana as a freighter and the Castillo Olmedo as a cable layer. There were also plans to increase the fishery fleet.
