France receiving American liberty ships according to the Dutch newspaper Zeeuws Dagblad dated 11 January 1947

An item reported that on board of five of the 18 Liberty ships at San Francisco and which were assigned to France as a result of the treaty signed by Blum at Washington was for the first time the French flag hoisted.
