Sale of 1/16 part in Dutch whaler ‘s Lands Welvaren on a public auction on Monday 27 January 1766 in the Nieuwezyds Heeren Logement at Amsterdam according to the Dutch magazine De Maandelyksche Nederlandsche Mercurius of January 1766

To be sold by the brokers V. de Vries and T. Beth Ysbrands one 1/16 part in the whaler ‘s Lands Welvaaren and equipment, fluytship, with as last commandeur Claas Nannings, in 1743 newly fitted out, dimensions 111¼’ x 28’8” x 12’8½“ and height deck 7’, now lying at Amsterdam, destined for Greenland with 6-7 launches was to be sold with the fitting out to be paid by the buyer.
