An item reported that arrival at Rotterdam of the Russian tanker Grozneft loaded with 5,000 ton gas oil coming from Batoem [Georgia]. It was the first cargo of Russian oil ever arrived at Rotterdam transported with a Russian tanker. The oil was stored in the tanks of a firm which lent tank capacity to other firms.
