Turkish parliament approved Russian-Turkish Treaty of 1931 Soviet Union and Turkey according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 23 June 1932

An item dated Ankara 22 June reported that the Turkish Parliament approved the Russian-Turkish Treaty of October 1931 which was a continuation of the Russian-Turkish naval treaty and the neutrality,- friendship and arbitrage agreements between both countries.
