An item reported that a day earlier at the shipyards of the firm Ansaldo at Livorno , Italy the keels were laid down of three fast destroyers for the Venezuelan navy. The ships were to be named Almirante Clemente, Juan José Flores and the José Morán. The first ship was to be handed over in July 1955. The Venezuelan cabinet ordered the building of six destroyers in Italy . (1)
