Chilean cabinet intended building warships abroad according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 13 February 1927

An item reported that the Chilean cabinet received a large number of tenders form Dutch, British, French and Italian shipyards for the building of warships and destroyers.
