Denmark abolishing navy according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 21 February 1925

An item reported that the Danish cabinet sent a proposal to the Danish parliament to abolish the navy and to maintain just some guard ships for the fishery. The warships were to be sold to the highest bidder. Greece already sent a bid. The Danish minister of defence expected that the disarmament law that month was accepted.
