An item dated Belgrado 25 November referred to the newspaper Politica which said that as soon as possible the building up of South Slavic navy was needed to defend the coasts and prevent a sudden invasion. The minister of education Raditjs already pointed out in his well known speech that Italy desired to posses Dalmatia making a defence of the coast line a necessity.(1)
