An item reported that 17 of the 38 Russian small warships sold to Dutch firms to be broken up arrived in the evening of yesterday at Groningen and were now lying in the locks of Oosterhoogebrug. It were former motor torpedo boats built at American yards and during the Second World War leased to the Soviet Union. Some days ago were they collected at Bremerhaven by two tugs arrived Sunday evening at Delfzijl.
