French company Locafrance buying uncompleted Dutch tug according to the Dutch newspaper Het vrije volk dated 20 July 1979

An item reported that the French company Locafrance bough a 2.800 hp tug still on stocks at the shipyard Slob at Sliedrecht. The shipbrokers firm Supervision at Rotterdam intermediated in the sale of the tug originally ordered by a Dutch company.
