Austrian navy bought Russian steamship Moskwa according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1909-1910 no. 8

An item reported that the Austrian navy bought the Russian steamship Moskwa for 2.500.000 crones to be used as torpedo mother ship. She was in fact the former 12.000 ton measuring Fürst Bismarck.
