Condition of new British battleships and cruisers better inspected according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau reporting that the British admiralty ordered that in the future the bottoms all newly built battleships and cruisers within a year after the launching twice to be docked to inspect their bottoms and if necessary to renew the painting of the hull.
