An item reported that the delivery of the Argentinean dreadnought which was built by Fore Shipbuilding Co. was delayed. Instead of 25 March 1912 was she not earlier to be delivered as next spring. The armour plates ordered by the firm Bethlehemwerke were just like the guns not in time ready. The Rivadavia was to be fitted out as admiral’s ship.(1)
