Russian navy sending large number of men to gun training according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1903-1904 no. 8

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau reporting that of the Russian Baltic and  Black Sea Fleets 39 officers and 2.285 men were ordered to follow the gun training of one year which started in the autumn.
