Italian invention for intercepting torpedoes according to the Dutch newspaper Het volk dated 14 August 1915

An item dated Paris 13 August referred to the Petit Parisien which latter paper used a tiding received from Turin as main source. The Italian engineer Guarini seemed to have invented a device making it possible to change the direction of torpedoes fired by submarines and to detonate it before reaching it target.
