New German shipping company Hamburger Tank Reederei according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 15 June 1939

An item reported that the Tankschiffs-Reederei Julius Schindler at Hamburg, Germany was taken over by the Hansa Tank Reederei also at Hamburg, Germany and renamed Hamburger Tank Reederei managed by her new owner. The motor tankers Gustav Schindler and Julius Schindler were renamed Terra and Thalatta serving for the new company.
