New Russian shipping company founded according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 16 May 1916

An item referred to the Djen reporting that at St. Petersburg negotiations were going dealing with the founding of a new large shipping company with a share capital of 15 million rubles. She was to be managed by Russian capitalists with also British and Norwegian capital invested.
