New Uruguayan shipping company founded according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 23 September 1920

An item referred to the newspaper La Nacion reporting that a firm in Uruguay founded the Urugueesche Scheepvaart Maatschappij [translation Uruguayan Shipping Company] with a capital of 10 million pesos of which 75% was paid. In the meantime was the main part of the fleet of several Argentinean ship owners bought.
