An item reported that the towing company n.v. Maatschappij Sleepboot
Curator V at Dordrecht, Netherlands was approved by royal
decision dated 14th July. It was not permitted to have at the same
time more than one tug property. P.A. Hoogenboezem Wzn. was appointed as
director and W.T. Hoogenboezem jr. as commissary. The share capital of 10 x ƒ
500 shares which capital of ƒ 5.000 was full deposited. The company was to be
active in Dutch, German and Belgian waters.
