An item reported that the founding of the towing company Stoomsleepdienst Actief at Zoutkamp, Netherlands for a period of 29 years a share capital of 10 x ƒ 1.000 shares which capital of ƒ 10.000 was full deposited. It was not permitted to have at the same time more than one tug property. H. Bosveld was appointed as director.
