An item reported that at the shipyard of the Weduwe H. Van Duijvendijk at Papendrecht, Netherlands with success the steel-built screw steam tug Fiat Voluntas VII was launched built for account of W. van Duil, Rotterdam. She was to be fitted out with a 400 ihp vertical triple compound engine and the 13 atmosphere boiler to be built by the firm Huiskens&van Dijk, Dordrecht. It was the largest engine of this kind ever placed in a Rhine tug.
