Italy suspecting neutral countries supporting German submarines Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 19 November 1915

An item dated Paris the 18^th reported that the Italian cabinet believed that the German submarines active in the Mediterranean were provided with cooperation of neutral ships. The Italian cabinet asked the possible involved countries if their ships were involved and if so which measures were taken.
