Part of the cargo of the bark ship Regulus sold at Amsterdam according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 5 April 1842

An announcement reported that shipbrokers G,.H. Matthes Gzn. And A.W. Abrahamsz intended to sell on Tuesday the 12th at 13’00 o’clock on the Witte Zwaan, Nieuwendijk, Amsterdam 442 barrels cured meat and bacon brought in by the bark ship Regulus captain C. Thompson coming from New Orleans, USA.
