An item dated Rotterdam, Netherlands 29 August reported the keel laid down on the Saturday afternoon before at the shipyard St. Joris of the 800 ton Dutch frigate ship Admiraal Zoutman. Built by shipbuilders De Jong, Kortelandt en Anthony for account of C. en A. Vlierboom.
