Venezuelan schooner of war General Paez visited Willemstad, Curacao according to the Dutch newspaper De Curacaosche courant dated 18 April 1863

An item reported the arrival at Willemstad, Curacao on Saturday the 11th of the Venezuelan schooner of war General Paez commanded by Jimon coming from Vela de Coro. On board were the governor of the province Coro, the garrison commander, officers and some soldiers belonging to the garrison of the town Coro which was fallen in hands of the Federals. She departed Sunday 12th again towards La Guayra.
