A model based on the construction methods of the famous Swedish naval architect F.H. af Chapman (1) by which he replaced his earlier designs based on by relaxation lines by parabolic lines. Unknown if this model was manufactured in the Netherlands.

1. Fredrik Henrik af Chapman (9 September 1721 Göteborg, Sweden-19 August 1808). Author of important publications like the in 1792 at Stockholm, Sweden published Architectura Navalis Mercatoria.
