French chebecq le Séduisant entered Livorno, Italy with abandoned ship according to the Dutch newspaper ‘s-Hertogenbossche courant dated 25 August 1780

An item dated Livorno, Italy 5th reported that on the Saturday before the French chebecq of war le Séduisant count de Barentin with a crew of 204 men and an armament of 20 guns arrived in the roads. She brought in a ship Napoli-flagged which he discovered to be abandoned by her crew while they thought the French ship was a privateer of the Barbary. The ship was given back to her captain.(1)
