An item dealing with the Austrian naval budget for 1907 reported a post of 6,7 million crones for building torpedo boats to replace the elder ones. For this replacement program was in the past 34 million crones asked of which in 1904 2 million, in 1905 15,3 and in 1906 8,8 million crones were approved. The program consisted of 12 division boats, 20 torpedo boats and 16 torpedo boats of the 2nd and 3rd classes was as a result of the last naval war (1) changed and consisted now of 25 high ocean going boats and 12-100 ton boats.
