Built at the Mare Island Navy Yard. Launched in 1919. Completed in 1921. Displacement 1.215 tons, horsepower 27.000 hp, oil-fired turbine all geared machinery and armament 4-4” guns, 1-14pd anti aircraft gun and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
